Every day is an engrossing investigation into core subjects catered to younger students, such as science, math, English, history, and art and design. Our creative method creates an environment that is enriching for every child by fusing traditional education with engaging activities.

Accommodation
Every student at Camp Dragon resides in purpose-built housing with communal dorms and restrooms. Staff are available in the accommodation throughout the day and night to provide pastoral support. Girls and boys reside in different houses. Camp Dragon takes place in partnership with the world-famous Dragon School, Oxford. The school was established in 1877 and has produced well-known politicians, artists, and performers. The core values of Camp Oxford are drawn from the Dragon School, which aspires to "inspire, encourage and develop free-thinking, confident young people who reach for the sun."
Tuition
In order to maximise learning, our innovative Young Explorers programme blends lessons and activities as kids investigate important concepts in a fun and interesting way. Discover, Develop, Dare, and Time to Shine are the four stages in which each theme is explored. Discover A lesson outlining the day's central theme and providing a foundation of knowledge from which students can delve deeper into the topic. Dare An unexpected challenge based on the topic they had been studying that day. Develop Engage in collaborative and fun activities that not only reinforce learning but also foster creativity and teamwork by putting newly acquired knowledge into practice. Showtime The chance to demonstrate their newly acquired knowledge and abilities through engaging tasks.

Our young adventurers, ages 8 to 12, are in for an exciting adventure! Our carefully chosen excursions are more than just trips; they're a journey to fun, education, and new horizons. Every adventure, from the magical worlds of castles and studios to the bustling streets of Oxford's historic city, is meant to spark curiosity and leave lasting impressions. Come along with us as we set off on these incredible experiences designed specifically for our energetic and curious campers. Prepare yourself for an exciting, adventurous, and joyful summer of exploration! Students will embark on 3 excursions to Oxford, Warwick Castle and LegoLand!
Taking place across three different Oxford campuses, SBC Oxford College gives students the chance to improve their English skills by studying one of the six subjects on offer.
