Staff are available throughout the day, in the course office. On a residential course, day staff hand over to the Residential Manager, along with the House Parents and Evening Entertainment team members. Staff are available 24/7 and via their contact telephone number.

28 hours, made up of 12.5 hours of subject tuition, 3 hours of study skills and 12.5 hours of exam practice.
