My time at Immerse Education was enjoyable! I got to learn new concepts and enhance my previous knowledge regarding my area of interest. I would definitely repeat this experience and encourage you to enroll!
Being able to learn new cultures. Make new friends and increase my knowledge on Engineering. I also picked u new habits which are good for my mental and physical well-being. This was an experience I will never forget and I will definitely be doing it again.
The best part of my experience at immerse was the people. Everyone I met - mentors, professors, other students - were all so supportive, kind, and helpful. I was initially worried to be in a completely new environment alone but these people made this experience an amazing one I will never forget!
The mix of an amazing location, interesting people, and an engaging course created an unforgettable experience. Everyone got a chance to meet and bond with all the participants. I do have one remark and that is that our free time was rather limited, we did not have a lot of time to go explore Cambridge on our own or with our friends as most of our time was used for activities. However, these activities were often fun and gave us more opportunities to create better friendships with everyone.
The whole camp was well organized with fun activities that engaged every student, interactive lessons and great mentors! The food was always good and every participant felt comfortable and safe.
From the beginning everything was organised in amazing way. The people were so nice, kind and helpful. Staying in Sidney Sussex was also one of the things I enjoyed so much during my trip. I wish it was longer.
I chose to attend an Immerse summer programme as it seemed like an amazing opportunity to dive into a subject I have an interest in with a great tutor, while simultaneously living the life of a university student. It seemed like an amazing opportunity that I could not pass, which I am glad I didn’t because those were a remarkable two weeks. Overall the Immerse summer program was very beneficial to both my personal growth and what I see myself doing in the future. Engaging with new academic content while participating in class discussions and debates deepened my understanding of the subject and broadened my perspective, and by being surrounded by like-minded peers who share the same ambitions as me I have created friendships that will last beyond the programme. The staff being students from Oxford themselves was also beneficial, as it allowed me to ask countless questions which have helped create an overview of what is expected to get into the university, and what life as an undergraduate student will look like. Having experienced life as an Oxford student I am inspired and motivated as never before.
Rooms are not enough clean but everythink is wonderful.
Being able to participate in Immerse Education program was a dream come true. I have made so many friends, explored Oxford thoroughly and developed my medical knowledge. I am sad it has ended so fast but I am leaving with memories that will remain in my head for the rest of my life.
