Do not treat its lowest figure as the price of every session, or assume that a programme-wide fee applies to every subject. Open the programme and linked course pages to find the option suitable for the student.
Ask about flights, airport transfers, insurance, visa or travel-document costs, deposits, spending money and optional activities. These are questions to confirm with each provider, not a claim that every programme charges separately. Check the payment schedule, cancellation terms and refund conditions before committing.
Residential options can bundle teaching with accommodation, meals and activities. A day option may include teaching and selected activities but require families to arrange accommodation and travel. Confirm that a day option is actually offered for the chosen session; do not infer it from a lower advertised price.
A college venue alone does not explain the fee. Compare the teaching format, hours, duration, staffing, room arrangements and included experiences. Confirm the teaching and accommodation venues separately: they may differ. Independent providers may hire college facilities; a college address does not by itself mean the course is run or endorsed by the University of Oxford.
Funding is provider-specific and may depend on eligibility, assessment and deadlines. A discount is different from a scholarship.
