Course Highlights
- Complete modules including Human Physiology and Disease and Medical Ethics and Patient Care. Learning happens in in-depth academic sessions, personal projects and 1:1 tutoring. The Graduation Ceremony in Singapore is a distinguished event celebrating the completion of your Academic Insights Programme in Singapore. This formal ceremony includes award presentations, inspirational speeches, and a delicious celebratory dinner. Singapore offers a unique blend of tradition and innovation. Participants will explore iconic sites such as Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and Sentosa Island. From a thrilling visit to Universal Studios Singapore and a day at the beach on Sentosa Island to dragon boat racing and exploring the Singapore Zoo, there’s plenty to see and do. Attend guest speaker sessions, explore the city’s night markets, or enjoy a river cruise along the Singapore River.

More Information
You’ll study topics such as human anatomy, physiology, medical ethics, and the role of technology in healthcare. The course covers both the scientific and ethical aspects of medicine, challenging you to think critically about how doctors diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases.
All participants will live in comfortable student accommodation at their chosen venue, in clean rooms and with adequate supervision. Where multiple campuses may be available (such as in Oxford or Cambridge), students will be allocated to a college a few weeks before arriving, based on their dates and subject choice.

We are delighted to offer all enrolled participants comprehensive summer school insurance for their chosen academic summer programme. This is included in the participation fee and is provided by Endsleigh Insurance. Learn more at https://www.immerse.education/programme-insurance/
Students will be supervised by their subject tutor during classtimes, and by mentors during their free time. Students will be part of a mentor family. A mentor family is a group of around 10 participants attending the programme in the same college but studying a variety of subjects. They are led by their mentor, a current undergraduate, who is there to answer any questions they may have about the programme or life at university. Mentors form the core of our pastoral care and are on hand to help participants throughout the programme. Participants will be sent an invitation to their mentor family group chat a few days before their programme is due to start, to introduce themselves and get to know each other before the programme begins.

I really enjoyed the activities like casino night and werewolve. And I also really liked the practical sessions in class. The mentors were also very welcoming and nice to be around like annika, dami and robert. Also i really liked the tours and when we went to cambridge and oxford. Overall, I really like the fact that there was a balance between learning and fun.
The best part of my experience at immerse was the people. Everyone I met - mentors, professors, other students - were all so supportive, kind, and helpful. I was initially worried to be in a completely new environment alone but these people made this experience an amazing one I will never forget!
