Course Summary

This course is for students interested in studying in the USA. It will provide complete preparation for the SAT, the admission examination required by American universities. The course covers all three topics that are tested on the SAT – Writing, Critical Reading, and Mathematics. Students will be taught the theoretical foundations necessary to succeed on this examination as well as test-taking techniques, supplemented by taking practice papers and in-depth reviews of the results to help develop skills and knowledge crucial to success in SAT examinations. Students are supported by excellent, experienced teachers who will help students to get the most out of their learning experience.

Accommodation

Reach Cambridge students experience a real taste of student living in one of the world’s most famous and historic university cities. All students reside in college accommodation of one of the 31 colleges that make up the University of Cambridge. Students are accommodated in same-sex dormitories of single or shared rooms.

Extracurricular Activities

Throughout the summer students have the opportunity to discover parts of the UK outside Cambridge through fully guided trips to London, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Ely, and more. Each trip is organised around inspiring cultural activities – like walking tours of some of London’s most historic districts, taking in a play, or visiting one of the UK’s most impressive medieval castles.
