Explore Medicine (Yale) summer course in Yale, by Oxford Royale.

The ‘Explore Medicine’ course provides young people with a broad introduction to the human body and mind on campus at Yale University. As part of the Medicine Summer Course, students will explore the skills and knowledge they need to become a successful doctor, or nurse through a focus on human anatomy and physiology.
Students will explore the basics of human anatomy as they identify different career trajectories in the exciting fields of medicine and healthcare. They expand their understanding of medicine through practical, hands-on medical simulations like cannulation, conducting a physical exam, applying splints and slings, and controlling external haemorrhaging.
Students will investigate both the practice of medicine and biomedical research through speakers and visits to a university biomedical lab or research facility. Following two weeks of the Medicine Summer Course, students will also strengthen their interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills – critical competencies of future medical professionals.
The academic program at Yale combines rigorous learning with hands-on practical experience, delivered in the inspiring setting of one of America's most prestigious universities. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony where students receive recognition for their achievements, celebrating both their academic progress and the memorable experiences gained during their time at Yale.
