Bring your curiosity to Oxford and turn it into something tangible. Spark Global Teen LABs combines specialist academic exploration with hands-on projects, cultural discovery and an international community of ambitious students aged 15–18.
Choose the LAB that speaks to your interests: Leadership Development, Bio-Tech & Future Medicine, Entrepreneurship & Venture Building, AI & Innovation, or Finance & Investing. Across 14 days, academic sessions and practical challenges help you question assumptions, develop ideas and work with people who see the world differently.
Every LAB builds towards a Grand Finale. You will bring your learning together in a venture, pitch or strategic challenge and present your work to professionals. It is a chance to practise communicating clearly, engage with feedback and leave with work that reflects your interests and effort.
Based at New College, Oxford, the experience extends beyond academic sessions. Cultural excursions, social activities and time with peers from around the world create space for new friendships and a broader outlook. Residential students stay in single en-suite college rooms with full board, while the non-residential option includes the academic programme, core excursions, lunch and a Spark certificate of completion.
Choose one two-week LAB or combine a course from each consecutive July date block for a four-week Oxford experience. Whichever subject you choose, you will have opportunities to strengthen your communication, critical thinking and collaboration while exploring where your interests could take you.
