Build the confidence to lead with purpose, negotiate across differences and make better decisions in a changing world.
Build the confidence to lead with purpose, negotiate across differences and make better decisions in a changing world.
What makes someone worth following? Leadership Development invites you to explore that question through the decisions, conversations and challenges leaders face.
Over two weeks in Oxford, you will examine how presence and influence shape a message, how negotiation can move a difficult conversation forward, and how strategic thinking helps teams make decisions. You will also explore what it means to lead responsibly across cultures and consider the wider impact of your choices.
Practical challenges and collaborative project work give you space to test your thinking, listen to different perspectives and strengthen your communication. The LAB culminates in a final presentation to professionals, bringing together what you have learned in a setting that asks you to explain your ideas and respond to feedback.
Beyond the classroom, cultural excursions and an international peer group make Oxford a place to broaden your outlook as well as your leadership skills.
