Academy Royale International's Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship summer school gives students aged 16 to 18 two weeks of MBA-level business teaching in Oxford or Cambridge. You study leadership, marketing, finance and venture creation through case studies, simulations and team challenges. Since 2004, we've welcomed students from more than 175 countries to live and study in historic university colleges.
Our Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship summer school gives students aged 16 to 18 a fast-paced introduction to business and management. For two weeks, you live and study in a historic college of the University of Oxford or Cambridge and learn how businesses go from idea to enterprise.
You learn through seminars, case studies, simulations, workshops and team challenges, with MBA-level teaching throughout.
You study how successful businesses are structured and led, how HR hires and trains staff, and how operations turn ideas into products. You also build confidence presenting ideas and taking part in professional discussion.
You learn how the economy affects business investment, then develop the entrepreneurial mindset and skills to launch a venture. You practise leadership, teamwork and negotiation, build a marketing campaign, and explore how AI and new technology change the way businesses work.
Business academics, industry leaders and entrepreneurs teach you in small groups, so you get personal feedback and support. Faculty include Bob Bradley, who has led six businesses over a 45-year career and served on 21 boards, and Dr Anisa Butt, Lecturer in Economics at King's College London.

Our students will be staying in actual university accommodation. Most of our accommodation sites offer a mix of single and twin bedrooms. Some campuses have en-suite bedrooms while others have bathroom facilities shared between a small group of same-sex students. In some campuses, students have the option to pay our ‘En-suite Reservation Fee’, which entitles students to an en-suite room should one be available at their campus.
Contact our Admissions Team for more information. Sharing your room with fellow students is a great way of getting to know people and making friends. You can also request to share a room with someone you know studying the same course as you, though this is not guaranteed and must be done in advance of the course.
Fees include tuition, study materials, accommodation, meals, the published activity and excursion programme, welcome and graduation events, a graduation certificate and report, and Academy Royale International merchandise.
