Course Summary

Explore law, politics, diplomacy, global affairs and international relations while developing skills in critical thinking, argument and understanding global issues.

Explore the ideas, institutions and debates that shape justice, government and international affairs. This interdisciplinary programme connects legal reasoning with political thought and global relations, encouraging students to examine complex issues from multiple perspectives. Students will investigate how laws and policies are created, interpreted and challenged, while considering how governments, institutions and international actors respond to conflict, cooperation and global change. The programme develops evidence-based reasoning, persuasive communication and the confidence to engage thoughtfully with important contemporary questions.
