Located at two prestigious UK boarding schools. Young Professionals combines classroom-based theory with practical sessions across a range of careers in an English-speaking environment. The programme aims to challenge and expand students’ language understanding, by focusing on topic-specific vocabulary and putting language into practice whilst providing valuable insights into future careers.
Each week, students go on a ‘Study-in-Action’ excursion, to a destination related to their chosen career. In addition, there are excursions for students to visit famous landmarks and attractions with the whole group.

Students have a choice of two schools in Oxford, Oxford International College or d’Overbroeck’s.
Oxford International College is located in the centre of Oxford, it is a bustling and exciting site to explore. Students on Young Professionals will have their tuition in Threeways which offers state of the art classrooms and laboratories as well as common spaces for socialising in between periods.
d’Overbroeck’s offers a wonderful setting for a summer school, complimented by its first-class and modern facilities. Using the sixth form site completed in September 2017. The school provides contemporary classrooms, several art rooms and numerous laboratories making it the ideal location for the Young Professional summer programme.

The social programme is an important part of any summer school experience and is great way for students to socialise and practise their English with each other. Organised by a dedicated Activity Manager, each week students will have two full day excursions to destinations across the UK, plus an on-site activity programme.
