Course Summary
This course is designed for active, motivated students who are passionate about sport, our English Plus Football course has been created to provide knowledge, skills and confidence for players to communicate both on and off field.
Football sessions are led on-site by coaches from Premier League Club, Brighton & Hove Albion and includes an Amex stadium tour. In addition to the Football workshops the course aims to develop English language skills through a variety of engaging sessions, including academic tutorials, group projects, conversation classes, and hands-on excursionss that take learning outside the classroom.
Our course also builds strong interpersonal skills such as teamwork, creativity, and confidence through project-based learning and mentorship.
Student progress is tracked and assessed at the end of each course by Bucksmore Assessment, an evaluation tool developed in alignment with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) scale.

- Weekly excursions 2 full days and 1 half day
- 20 hours per week
- Course fees are all-inclusive airport transfers, insurance, meals, entrances to attractions, academic materials, so the only additional costs should be flights and spending money.

For active students who are passionate about sport, our English Plus Football course has been created to provide knowledge, skills and
confidence for players to communicate both on and off the field. Football sessions are led on-site by coaches from the BHAFC Foundation, official charity of Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion. The course also includes a tour of the American Express Stadium.
Aside from the all-important academic side of life at Bucksmore Education, all programmes are designed to ensure cultural enrichment and a large dose of fun! Students partake in a range of events, on-campus sports and activities, as well as exciting excursions to popular UK cities and tourist landmarks. You might explore London's famous sights such as Big Ben and the London Eye, experience a private tour of Oxford or Cambridge University, or enjoy a quintessentially British seaside experience!
You’ll be staying OIC Brighton, a beautiful, green and leafy private campus, with all meals and accommodation, classrooms and activities in the same place. OIC Brighton is a 10-minute coach ride from Brighton and we often take your child there on excursions.

Yes, airport transfers are included in our pricing if students are arriving and departing on a Tuesday when their course starts/ends. We can only offer free transfers to/from Heathrow and Gatwick airports, between the hours of 9am-7pm. If students are travelling outside of those parameters, we can arrange a private transfer at an additional cost.

From arrival to departure, our students are looked after by trained Bucksmore staff. If studying at KCL for instance, even when walking between accommodation and study buildings, students are guided by our staff so they are never roaming alone. Bucksmore English: 20 hours of English tuition per week
English Plus: 15 hours of English language, 7.5 hours of ‘Plus’ choice subject
Intensive English: 25 hours of English language tuition
IELTS Prep: 25 hours of IELTS exam prep
Young Professionals: 25 hours of tuition on chosen subject
Pre-University: 23 hours of tuition on chosen subject
