Founded in 1440 by Henry VI, Eton College is a world-famous independent boarding school whose name is synonymous with educational excellence and traditional British culture. Located just outside the town of Windsor, Eton College is just a stone’s throw from Windsor Castle, which is famous for being the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, as well as being one of the official residences of the British monarchy. Multiple generations of royals and famous leaders have been educated at Eton, including Prince William, heir to the UK throne, as well as 20 of Britain’s 55 prime ministers.

Eton College’s superb campus comprises expanse and beautiful grounds with rugby and cricket pitches and a dedicated rowing lake, an indoor sports centre with a climbing wall and swimming pool, various museums, state-of-the-art laboratories and a theatre.
