Course Highlights

  • Complete modules including Journalism Techniques and Media Ethics and Laws. Learning happens in project-based sessions, career skills sessions, industry visits and 1:1 tutoring. The Graduation Ceremony and Dinner to complete the Career Insights course will be an elegant celebration of achievements. Beyond the classroom, participants have the chance to explore the vibrant city of New York and its iconic landmarks. Visits to renowned museums, as well as historic sites such as the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island offer a glimpse into America’s past. Get creative with cake and canvas, enjoy sports and a picnic in Central Park, experience a Broadway show, and showcase your talents at the talent show.

An Experience of a Lifetime

The best part of my experience at immerse was the people. Everyone I met - mentors, professors, other students - were all so supportive, kind, and helpful. I was initially worried to be in a completely new environment alone but these people made this experience an amazing one I will never forget!

an amazing experience
The mix of an amazing location, interesting people, and an engaging course created an unforgettable experience. Everyone got a chance to meet and bond with all the participants. I do have one remark and that is that our free time was rather limited, we did not have a lot of time to go explore Cambridge on our own or with our friends as most of our time was used for activities. However, these activities were often fun and gave us more opportunities to create better friendships with everyone.

The best experience
From the beginning everything was organised in amazing way. The people were so nice, kind and helpful. Staying in Sidney Sussex was also one of the things I enjoyed so much during my trip. I wish it was longer.
