Global challenges and social impact leadership

The Oxford Saïd Teen Leadership Summer Academy is an exclusive educational and cultural certification programme that introduces students to leadership, entrepreneurship, and global business thinking. Over two intensive weeks, participants engage in interactive workshops, case studies, and mentorship sessions led by university tutors, alumni, and industry professionals. Students explore key themes such as artificial intelligence and leadership, entrepreneurship and start-ups, public speaking, negotiation, social neuroscience, and global challenges. Beyond the classroom, the programme offers a full Oxford college experience, blending academic rigor with cultural traditions, collaboration with international peers, and personal growth in one of the world’s most inspiring academic environments.
