Course Summary
This course makes the most of its Barcelona setting, using hands-on lessons to strengthen grammar, expand vocabulary, and improve fluency. Students learn through creative activities like storytelling, role-play, and themed projects that include museum trips, cultural experiences, and interactions with native speakers. The program also emphasizes pronunciation, tone, and speaking skills. On the first day, students are assessed and grouped according to their language level.
Course Highlights
- Breakfast in the dining hall
- Classes on topics as diverse as Architecture or Culture and Cuisine meet in classrooms, labs, studios, or out and about in Barcelona
- Students can choose to have lunch at any local restaurants or sandwich shops in town
- Three afternoons a week, classes meet again. When there is no class, they are free to join in organized activities or trips and tours in and around Barcelona
